Community College Partnerships & Articulations
Bridging non-credit registered apprenticeship training into accredited Associate and Bachelor of Applied Science degree pathways.
Stackable College Credits for Every Apprentice
We reject the false dichotomy between vocational apprenticeships and higher education degrees. All Institute apprenticeship coursework is formally cross-walked through our community college network, granting up to 45 college credits for on-the-job mastery and related technical instruction.
Apprentices graduate with both a U.S. DOL Journeyworker Card and significant credits toward an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), with clear articulation routes into four-year university Bachelor programs.
Partnership Models for Colleges
- 01. Co-Sponsored RAP: The college provides academic classroom credits while the Institute manages employer recruiting, DOL compliance, and on-the-job tracking.
- 02. Shared Campus Simulators: Joint clean-room robotics and cyber defense sandbox facilities co-funded through state capital grants.
- 03. Faculty Fellowships: Partner college instructors receive scholarships to attend the National Instructor Academy.
