National Instructor Academy & Educator Fellowship
Preparing elite industry practitioners to lead the next generation of technical learners through adult pedagogy, clinical coaching, and national certification.
Turning Master Craftsmen into Master Educators
Across the United States, community colleges, vocational high schools, and union training centers face a critical bottleneck: a severe shortage of qualified technical instructors. Brilliant engineers and machinists are needed in the classroom, but they often lack adult learning pedagogy, rubric design, and classroom management training.
The National Instructor Academy closes this gap. Our 6-month fellowship equips experienced technicians with pedagogical mastery, micro-teaching practicums, and video-based coaching clinics — culminating in the Certified Workforce Instructor (CWI) credential.

- ✓ $5,000 professional development stipend for qualifying fellows
- ✓ 1-on-1 pedagogical coaching from award-winning master teachers
